Dry Garlic, Red Chili, Bay Leaves, Coriander, Caraway, Cumin, Asafoetida, Fenugreek

How To Cook

Step 1:

Add 1tsp Daal Tadka to warm ghee/oil

Step 2:

Let it fry until it settles down in the ghee/oil

Step 3:

Pour it over the Dal and mix well
